This allows you to generate individual tax filings or consolidated financial reports without manual data merging.
Can employees update their own profiles and documents?
Yes. Through the integrated Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal, staff can update contact information, upload renewed certifications, and view their employment history. To ensure data integrity, all document uploads and profile changes can be held in a "pending" state for administrative approval.
Is there a limit to the amount of documents we can store?
Our platform offers scalable cloud storage designed to grow with your company. Whether you have 50 employees or 5,000, our centralized storage handles everything from high-resolution PDF contracts to internal project files. All files are encrypted at rest and in transit.
How specific can I get with Role-Based Access Control?
